Creamy Steamed Eggs







Ingredients:
3 large eggs, beaten
1 ¾ cups chicken or fish stock
½ cup NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM
4 pieces Shitake mushroom, thinly sliced
4 pieces crabsticks, shredded
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt and white pepper

Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, stock, NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and soy sauce. Mix well. Set aside.
2. Distribute half of the mushrooms and crab sticks in 4 ramekins. Pour over egg mixture until ramekins are ¾ full.
3. Steam until almost set. Top with the remaining mushrooms and crab sticks. Continue steaming until fully cook and set. Serve hot.
