Corned Beef Sopas







Ingredients
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup sliced onion
1 cup corned beef
2 sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® 8g
4 cups water
1 cup elbow macaroni
1/3 cup diced carrots
Salt to taste
½ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250ml

Procedure:
1. Heat oil, sauté garlic, and onion until limp. Stir-in corned beef and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.

2. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add in macaroni and carrots, continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

3. Add in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and simmer while continuously stirring for another minute. Serve immediately.
