PANDESAL

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg flour (Mąka szymanowska typ 480)
2 small packs of yeast (Polish: Drodze)
1 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cups lukewarm water
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
milk
breadcrumbs (tarta bulka)


DIRECTIONS:
mix all the dry ingredients first
1 kg flour
2 small packs of yeast
1 cup sugar
2 tsp salt


after mixing all the dry ingredients, pour in the middle :
2 cups lukewarm water
2 tbsp oil
1 egg


then knead the dough.. after kneading, put the dough in a warm place (beside the heater or inside a warm oven) for 20 mins.


After the dough has rise, roll it into small balls then dip it in milk and then coat it with breadcrumbs. Bake it at 175 C for 20 minutes.
