Ingredients:
10 piece egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (powder)
For the caramel
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Directions:
- In a saucepan, mix the sugar & water. Bring to a boil for a few minutes until the sugar caramelize.
- Pour the caramelized sugar into aluminum moulds
- Set aside
- Place the egg yolks in a big bowl then mix gently using a fork or an egg beater
- Add the vanilla extract
- Add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly
- Pour-in the evaporated milk and mix well
- Pour the egg yolk and milk mixture on the mould
- Cover the top of the mould using an Aluminum foil
- Steam the mold with egg and milk mixture for 1 hour.
- After steaming, let the temperature cool down then refrigerate
- Serve during dessert. Enjoy!
