Creamy Stuffed Tilapia








Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 medium-sized red onions, chopped
Thumb-sized turmeric (luyang dilaw), chopped
4-6 pcs ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
Salt to taste
1 kg tilapia (about 6 pcs, cleaned and scaled)
Bunch of native petchay leaves
½ cup water
3 pcs finger chilies, whole (or 6 pcs red labuyo, chopped)
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 250ml

Procedure:
1. Mix the chopped garlic, onions, turmeric, tomatoes, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, and salt.
2. Stuff the tilapia with ½ of the above mixture.
3. Wrap the fish with petchay leaves.
4. Arrange the fish in a pan. Add water and the remaining ½ of the tomato-onion mixture.
5. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add the finger chilies or chopped labuyo.
6. When the fish is cooked, add NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Simmer for 1 minute over low heat.
